The Architecture of Rest

Rest does not happen by accident. It is something we build - patiently and with care. In this work, rest
is approached as a supportive structure created through appropriate movement, respectful pacing, and
space for both the body and emotions to settle.

Who these sessions are for:

These one-to-one sessions are particularly supportive if you feel tired, emotionally worn down, sensitive to stimulation, or find group environments difficult to settle into. They are suitable for people navigating burnout, anxiety, periods of change, grief, or those simply needing a quieter, more personal approach to yoga.

How we work together

Each session begins with a brief check-in and is shaped around a simple question: what does your system need today? Movement is chosen carefully and deliberately to support regulation, steadiness, and rest.

Sessions may include slow, supportive movement, grounding breath, unhurried transitions, and time for stillness and integration. Some sessions focus on rebuilding energy; others support the release of excess tension so rest can arrive naturally.

What these sessions are not

This is not a fitness-based practice, a fast-paced flow, or a group class adapted for one person.

It is yoga offered as care precise, contained, and deeply supportive.
