Yoga is not one-size-fits-all
Every person arrives with a different body, different experiences, different needs, and a different relationship with themselves.
My approach is personalised, drawing from my experience with restorative yoga, pranayama, slow mindful movement, Yoga Nidra, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda.
Rather than following a fixed sequence, sessions are shaped around what is most supportive for you at this point in your life.

Personalised Yoga Sessions
A holistic approach for mind, body and emotions
These one-to-one sessions combine:
- Restorative yoga
- Gentle, mindful movement
- Pranayama
- Yoga Nidra
- Meditation and awareness practices
- Ayurvedic principles
Through an Ayurvedic lens, we consider not only your individual constitution, but also the influences around you - the changing seasons, environment, lifestyle, and the rhythms of life.
The intention is to create a practice that supports balance, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Sessions may support:
- nervous system regulation
- stress management
- rest and recovery
- greater body awareness
- cultivating steadiness and presence

Supreme Release Yoga (ŚRY)
A separate, stand-alone practice for those who feel called to go deeper
ŚRY is a deep practice that works with the physical and subtle body, including the nāḍīs of the spine, supporting a deeper process of release through the physical and energetic layers of being.

Which practice is right for me?
Personalised Yoga Sessions may be right for you if you are looking for:
- support through life transitions
- a more personalised yoga practice that meets you where you are
- support during times of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or exhaustion
- a practice that supports rest, recovery, and restoring balance
- a deeper understanding of yourself through yoga
ŚRY may be right for you if you feel drawn towards:
- deeper internal work
- subtle energy practices
- exploring release beyond the physical body
